We have a 30-day no questions asked return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a full refund. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return please reach us via our Contact Us page and simply state that you would like to return an item and we will email you back easy return instructions.
Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us and then return the item you have and once the return is accepted make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs unless you received the wrong item or the item arrived damaged, although we are happy to email you a low cost trackable return label for each item/package sent if you are returning the item(s) in the same box(es). If you would like us to email you any return prepaid shipping labels, just let us know and the cost will be deducted from your refund amount. Please note it can take 1-3 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
